Elden Ring Nightreign is a straightforward game with relatively easy achievements for those familiar with this type of gameplay. However, one frustrating aspect is that some achievements depend on RNG. Still, the game becomes much more enjoyable and many achievements easier to get if you have friends to play with.
No Turning Back Now
Try to leave Silent Hill in the Observation Deck area.

The Duchess Joins the Fray
The Duchess became a playable character
Earned by unlocking the Duchess as playable character, you need the Old Pocketwatch item, received randomly as a reward for the first expedition, regardless of whether you fail or complete.
Give it to the priestess in Roundtable Hould.
The Revenant Joins the Fray
The Revenant became a playable character
Earned by unlocking the Revenant as playable character, first you need unlocking the Duchess, after that, buy the Besmirched Frame from the Small Jar Bazaar shop.
A yellow exclamation mark will appear on the map. Interact with the doll and defeat the Revenant to unlock her.
Dresser
Changed garb via dresser for the first time
After completing any two expeditions, the Dresser will be unlocked. Change your outfit once at the Change Garb menu to earn the achievement. The cheapest outfit available at first costs 14,000 Murk.
A Champion's Path
Defeated the Nightlord with all characters
Unlocked by defeating at least one Night Lord (Any final boss on day three) with every character.
Vessel
Acquired a new vessel and conducted a different relic rite for the first time
After completing one expedition, Vessels will become available at the Small Jar Bazar shop. They can be purchased for 1,200 Murk. Buy at least one and equip it in the Relics menu to unlock the achievement.

Relic
Invoked the power of a relic for the first time
Relics are obtained as rewards for completing expeditions. Equip one in the Relic Rites menu to unlock the achievement.
Replenished Sacred Flasks
Acquired a great number of flask charges
You need a total of seven flasks. Head to the churches marked on the map and interact with the altars to receive one additional flask each. You start with three flasks by default, and defeating the boss at the end of the second day gives you another. Make sure to collect at least three extra flasks from the churches and defeat the second-day boss.
Untold Power
Defeated 10 or more great enemies on 1 expedition
Defeat ten great enemies in one expedition, great enemies are a name and a health bar displayed at the bottom of the screen, gaol bosses and the final boss of the day also count.
Legendary Armament
Acquired a legendary armament for the first time
Legendary gear is yellow rarity equipment, equip one to unlock the achievement. It can drop randomly from powerful enemies, and there are three main ways to get it:
– Defeating the two bosses in the castle at the center of the map (one in the basement, one at the top)
– Defeating the red marked bosses on Day 2.
– Completing the Crater event where you can upgrade a weapon to legendary.
Mastery
Attained maximum level
Unlocked when you reach level 15, try clearing locations and defeating bosses quickly to gain experience. Clearing the castle at the center of the map offers the highest experience in the game. It’s hard to do solo, but it’s possible. Below, I’ll leave a video of a full run reaching level 15. Play with more players to make it easier.
Set and Steadfast
Acquired many pieces of high-rarity equipment on a single expedition
You need to have five weapons and four consumables of purple rarity to get this achievement.
Weapons can be obtained by defeating powerful enemies or by purchasing them from the merchant npc in Township.
The consumables you can get by buying them from any merchant npc, defeating the big enemy in the mines and opening chests in the forts.
Old Gaol
Completed the oldest gaol
To earn this achievement, you need to be level 10 or higher and defeat a powerful enemy in a gaol. Find a Stoneword Key in the forts and use it to open gaols. Any gaol can trigger their spawn. The bosses that count are the Godskin Duo and the Ancient Dragon.
Nightlord Slayer
Defeated 3 different Nightlords in a row
Defeat three different Night Lords in a row. I recommend starting with the first three and playing as Ironeye, it’s the easiest way to do it, having friends help makes it even better.
Shifting Earth events are special occurrences that change the game map. The first one appears after completing your first expedition. Once the first event ends, completing another one will guarantee the next event shows up. These events stay active for a while and then disappear, returning randomly when starting a new run. So try to complete them the first time they appear, or you’ll have to rely on RNG. The “Mountaintop” and “Noklateo, the Shrouded City” events can be triggered by progressing through the Wylder and Executor Remembrance questlines.
If you’ve already gone through all four events, try starting solo expeditions, then immediately return to the menu and start another one. Repeat this process until the event you want appears.
The Crater
Found the secret of the Crater
The first event that may appear, usually after completing the Tricephalos expedition.
Go to the lowest part of the lava area, defeat the Magma Wyrm boss, and upgrade your weapon to legendary at the altar to unlock the achievement.
Mountaintop
Found the secret of the Mountaintop
After the first event passes, complete any expedition for this event to appear. You can force it by progressing through the Executor Remembrance chapter 6.
Go to the top of the mountain and collect the power. You don’t need to defeat any enemies, just be careful with the frostbite damage you’ll take on the way up.
Rotted Woods
Found the secret of the Rotted Woods
After the second event passes, complete any expedition for this event to appear.
Go to the castle to find the location of the flower, get the power of forest to complete this event.
Noklateo, the Shrouded City
Found the secret of Noklateo, the Shrouded City
After the third event passes, complete any expedition for this event to appear. You can force it by progressing through the Wylder Remembrance chapter 7.
Go to the top of the city, defeat the boss, and collect the power to unlock the achievement. I recommend going on Day 2 and being at least level 10. If you’re in the city on Day 2, the second safe zone will always close there, giving you enough time to complete the event.
Shifting Earth
Found the secrets of all Shifting Earth locations
Unlocked after completing all 4 events: The Crater, The Mountaintop, Rotted Woods, and Noklateo, the Shrouded City. All events must be completed on the same save file to earn this achievement.
Raids can start appearing after you complete your first expedition. Beginning with your second run, there’s a chance for one of the four raid events to trigger. Their appearance is completely random, so there’s no way to force them.
Fell Omen
Completed Fell Omen raid
In this raid, Fell Omen will appear near one of the players. Defeat him before he disappears to complete the raid, If all players die, the raid will immediately fail.
Typhoon
Completed Augur raid
During this raid, a large bubble will spawn. It usually pulls you into the boss fight automatically, it’s marked on the map. Defeat Augur inside to complete the raid.
True Arbiter
Completed Equilibrious Beast raid
In this raid, Fell Omen will appear near one of the players. Defeat him before he disappears to complete the raid, If all players die, the raid will immediately fail.
Plague of Locusts
Completed Fell Omen raid
In this raid, flying insects will swarm the area and form a tornado that targets you. Each hit drains an entire level. As soon as the raid starts, focus on dodging the attacks and keep an eye on the sky, the insects always fly toward the boss. Track their movement, follow their path, and take down the boss to finish the raid.
Nightreign
Earned all Achievements
Final achievement, unlocked after obtaining all the others.
